Born out of visits home and gatherings centered around our Father’s signature dishes. Like many old-school cooks his recipes are a culmination of family favorites that have been passed down generations and perfected over time, with measurements that aren’t quite exact and rarely in written form. Many calls home to talk through his recipes resulted in scribbles on paper and photocopies of his favorites – and Passing Dish was born.
